Kind of development: New program from scratch
Description of requirements/functionality: Build a sample Excel Add-in project (using VB.net) in VS 2010 , with the following features:
1) Built for 64-bit Office
2) Add a form to this Excel Add-in , add a DataGridView component, and modify the DataGridView to support DatePicker columns, see below:

3) Reference the following COM dll

4) Setup Publishing / Deployment for this Excel Add-in , and have the installer register the above COM dll on client's PC
5) Provide a documentation on how you make 1~4 work.
