UV 3D mapping and modelling

I need below attached football designs to be perfectly mapped in to 3D football. This is related to UV mapping. The designs are in .ai format and if you open them you can see that the design is laid out on football layout. That is to show how I want them to position when mapped into 3D.
Another thing, when making the texture If you look at the designs you can see that there are two main colors in each. Since this will be used in a app I want separate UV texture for each color segment and not as one single for whole design.
