Using YouTube API to download into a local database

I need a script to grab all the comments I have ever made and their associated videos (to be discussed) and a few other available fields like dates and so on into a local database.

I have seen some of the scripts written that use the YouTube API to grab a copy of records of comments but none that downloads them into a local database.

That is what I want; copy records where I have made comments about. The field should include, the video title, date, "a compressed (low res) copy of the video" and subsequent nested responses to comments on my comments and store them in a local database.

I obviously need an interface with the final created database where I can search by various fields.
There also needs to be an append script to append later comments.

So, I need you to be familiar with YouTube API and be able to compress video files where possible/needed so that they be played in a small frame. I don't want to store 4k or 8k resolution videos.

I am unlikely to choose someone who is not familiar with YouTube API unless they have a good reason.

So, please in your proposals mention something specific about the project so that I know that you have read the project in detail and understood it.

I retired over ten years ago because of health reasons. I was a Microsoft certified SQL administrator. So, I don't think it should be a difficult job but I remember having said that frequently as a project manager.
