Urgent wordpress theme edits needed

I need this project compleated as soon as possible.
The theme url is www.serptv.com

What I need:
1) I need you to make the navigation look good by creating a navigation bar for the current text links. i would like a dark web 2.0 tab feel to it and I would like the tabs to glow when hoverered over (the same blue as the WP on the site)

2) I need you to add an image that is also a link in six different places.

3) I want to be able to put a different header image on 3 different pages. and I also want one page with no header image. Instead the sleekside banner that is currently below the header will move up below the navigation.

4) Finally I would like you to check over the code for any mistakes. Basically improve it, clean it up and possibly speed up the theme.

That is it, it's not too much but I need this project completed as soon as possible please so can you tell me how long you will need. thanks
