Urgent Exchange Server 2010 Help Needed - Saturday!

Hi there,
We have Exchange Server 2010 and Outlook 2010 running. Today we had a series of power failures and since then we have not been able to access our emails by Outlook or by OWA.
Outlook says that it has connected to exchange but it sits on "upding inbox" and nothing happens. Our OWA times out when we try to access it that way. Every now and then if you're lucky you get to the login screen, and if you're even luckier it takes you into your mailbox. However, if you do get into your mailbox via OWA you just see your email list and are not able to actually open any of them as you get a timeout message.
Please, I need someone to help with this tomorrow (Saturday, 15 October). We are based in Southwark, London (SE1), but you will be able to access the server remotely.
We have a Dell server which hosts all our virtual machines, and the exchange server machine is one of these virtual machines.
I am not technical, and we had to let our permanent techie guy go a few months back. So we're actually quite keen to find someone who can be available fairly regularly to help us when things go wrong. We have a new apprentice who is learning the ropes, but he does not know enough to do this.
Please, if you think you know what the problem is, get in touch with an hourly rate you would charge to help us get back up and running.
There are a few other things we need, like a full review of our network. But first things first!
