Upload Django App to Server

Task is to upload on a linux server a small django app. (I will provide all details and server)
1. When I write the IP of server, the program should appear in browser.
2. The web server needs to be setup so uploads over under 500 mb are permitted and an active connection of 10 minutes should be permitted. (If the upload speed is slow, we need to permit the user 10 minutes to upload and not close hist connection).
3. Program should work menaing chat should work and image upload should work.

Note: This is a docker project and a docker file will be provided by me.
