Need following upgrades:

New professional design.
Need to add a code that users can use on their site to convert all the links into xfilex.in/link-kode
To be able admin to add welcome x$ bonus.
Place where admin can publish latest news for publisher to see.
Every time to change the SKIP ad page.
first join of same ip to load skipad.php second visit 2skipad.php third visit to load 3skipad.php and if no skipad.php files exist than inside of this 3 skip ad pages to rotate.

Do not bid so high i am not from a country that is luxury earnings.
It can be upper from 150$ the offer but not like 400 or 600 because that is what it coasts a whole new professional project
