Upgrade existing Apps and website(PWA)

We are looking for an experienced web developer who has a strong background in PHP and Laravel. The developer should have a strong experience in working on React apps on Flutter. Our apps are PWA's and the apps are live on Android and iOS stores as native apps.
These are food delivery apps and the whole ecosystem is as below:
Two React apps on Android and App stores built on Flutter and a Delivery app.
A restaurant panel + admin built on PHP Laravel framework.

High-level requirements:

1. Merge new updated code into existing live code without breaking anything.
2. Fix Android and iOS app issues like payment methods not clickable and some more.
3. Make the restaurant admin panel as an app. Currently, it is a browser driven portal which is a bit shaky sometimes.
4. Fix a few issues within the DB and admin.
5. Release the updates to the Android and app stores.
6. Fix the redirect issue. Currently, the website or the apps are redirected from another domain owned by us. We need to fix all that.
