Updating existing Survey Portal

Kind of development: Customization of existing website
Description of every page/module: 1. Adding privacy policy and consent
2. Current workflow is email dependent, we want email independent workflow
3. Instead of email any other Primary key field we can use now its NRIC
4. To create simple window app for Non-email staff to take the survey
5. Feature to sync back the offline mode app back to online application database
6. Feature to create new dynamic survey(Interest survey)
a. Interest survey can have dynamic questions,
b. results should be static graphical result for corporate level
c. results should show polls for user level
d. question should allow free text and remarks.
e. Export of report possible
f. Import of data possible

7. import of data done by offline mode survey
8. Export of data in readable form.
9. Existing Reports have condition <5 responses, to make this filed as configurable.
10. Easier way to know the no of responses for the survey.
