Updates to an Excel VB Script

I have a small function that looks at files in a specific directory and then updates them with new values from a spreadsheet, writing them to a new directory. The old code uses the Application.FileSearch, which I don't believe is supported after Excel 2007. I need the code updated to use the FileSystemObject.

This is probably a very small and fast project, but I'm ready to get started ASAP if you can give me a quote to get the work done
