Update Website functionality

I need a web designer/developer to update my website. I need my site to sell my business of Weight Loss.
Sticking with the colors of my site, I need the site to look and feel like” ediet.com, “nutrisystem.com .

It’s important that I get ONLY GREAT Web designers and Developers. The site home page will need to be updated with graphics that attract a Weight Loss market.
Quality; It’is very important that the site Looks and Feel very professional like the other diet food industry programs such as (Jenny craig. and Nutri S.)

Very Important functionality;.The Menu ordering need to be set up to run Smoothly and be updated to give our customers the ability to order their meals weekly with an online ordering system. (currently our clients have to download the form and fax or e-mail it to me, a big headache)

I would like to have the ability to update my site later (like adding testimonials etc) maybe with Cpanel and update my menu. Also have a section for the registered users / users that have accounts to log in and submit their weekly menu order from the front end.
And add our affiliate’s banner to the website.
