Update my website

I need my legal services website to updated so that it now has:

(a) optimised loading time
(b) better animations on the opening window and menu (smoother)
(c) misc fixes on my secure back office
(d) updated spacing and text design

I have had the domain setup and a site running for some time, but I am worried that the content has gotten stale and possibly needs a refresh.

Please quote an hourly rate for the above fixes and, separately, for site redesign.
