Update and existing functionality on website. Only if you know PHP Laravel framework

Accommodation functionality update

1. People can’t be able to upload the accommodation ad if they are not registered. People can still fill up the form(store the data in sessions) and submit but when they click to put it live on the website, login or register form must appear. (Should be a light box, no redirection).

2. Website Registration should have these fields.
Name and last name, Email, Phone number; Username and Password ( Form is already on website working, just need to remove rest of the fields not needed. )

3. Have FILTERS: location, price, number of bedrooms etc. Check gumtree.com.au

4. Paid Ads option for people.
Urgent ads - $5 - will be appear a red label on the ad, so that it will be catchy than other ads.
Feature ads - $10 – will be always stay on the top of the accommodation page

This is all similar to Gumtree.com.au . We need to add the whole Australia state database here, with suburbs etc. Ajax should be used where needed.

Note: Payment gateway is already on the website. We are using paypal to process payments for subscibers. So the same funtionality can be used to configure payments for ads.
People can already submit an accommodation on the website, it's working fine and it's already linked to admin panel as shown in the snapshot. So just need to add these 4 points and update the current functionality.
