Unsubscribe automation

I will require processing of an excel file, or comma separated file with
Email address
I will also enter 2 integer values, S )seconds) and Q (number of emails)

I will supply a website address which requests an email address entered, and a request to unsubscribe.
Read each address, enter it in the web site, and unsubscribe.
When an email address is unsubscribed, the file is written back to with the date.
After S seconds, the next email address is processed. After Q addresses are processed, the job terminates.
