1-It seems that if two items have the same display value and you select an item and once the list comes back and you have another item with the same value as you originally selected, typeahead will not send a fresh request.

Is there any way to fix this - There must be a datasource that one can clear

2-Once we get results we need to filter results ON CLIENT (without using Bloodhound)

Again there must be a datasource that once can manipulate.

Please apply if you can specifically carry out these tasks as opposed to general knowledger about web development and javascript.
