Twitter Sentiment

I would like to start an intial discussion about a Twitter sentiment sript which will provide me with

Numbert of tweets per day for my chosen key word along with number positive, neutral or negavtive

And teh ability to filter the analysis of tweets based on the number of followers the Tweeter has.

For example only use tweets where the number of follwoers is greater than 1k.

There are a number of free scripts and paid scripts on the marrket mostly using Python
