Tweak wordpress .PHP form to add affiliate javascript code

Hi this is just a quick one to see if there is anyone that can look at the attachement and advise if it is possible to add an affiliate javascript code without messing up the form.

The code would be something like;


var value="XXXX"; //Value of sale
var ref="XXXX"; //Your unique reference

var mid="32978";
var goalid="1558";
//-->

At the moment when a customer enters their details and presses "submit" the form does not change to another page e.g. thanks.html etc or anything.

E.g. if the website is www.mydomainname.com/quote it stays the same but something must happen in the background etc.. so just wondering is it possible to add the above affiliate code so it registers a lead AFTER the customer has submitted there details not as soon as they land on www.mydomainname.com/quote because that would be very silly.
