Travel website design and implementation

I own a very good travel domain and want to develop a travel or holiday booking website around it. The website shall be based on an API of several travel agents like travelzoo, priceline, ebookers, orbitz, expedia... So, I am not a tour operator but I want to sell travel services and just earn the commissions.

Booking of hotels, flights, cars and holiday packages should be possible on our site, more booking services (cruises and other related services) are possible. I accept offers for a "quick & easy" solution (private label page) or a basic own website, coded in Classic ASP, with integration of booking tools with API/mashups. The most customers of my website will be customers from the UK.

Please propose the way of integration, the travel agency for booking (can also be e.g. one agent for hotels and another for flights if appropriate, depending on the commission rate and/or quality of service), the fixed price for developing the website, the time for development and any other information necessary.
