Translate Mootools 1.3 Code to JQuery 3.6 Code

I have ~800 lines of JavaScript code that have been written with Mootools 1.3. This total number of code lines excludes blank lines and comments but includes lines that just contain brackets or native JS code that does not need translating. The task is to fully remove Mootools 1.3 and replace it with JQuery 3.6.

The logic and the function of the existing code should not be altered, except when required due to design differences between Mootools and JQuery.

The final code needs to act as a 1:1 replacement on an existing website.
