Transcript Cleaner Python Program

I need a Python program that does the following:

1. Opens the name of the folder I feed it and searches for a folder named “Transcript Files”
2. Opens each folder within it
3. Searches each folder for .srt files
4. Opens each .srt file and copies only the lines meeting the criteria specified in the specs I uploaded
5. In a new file named after the folder that was initially fed to it, outputs the name of the folder in bold, the names of the .srt file in bold with the properly formatted transcript text underneath.
