Today - Modification of VERY simple PHP/SQL Attendance script.

Very simple attendance tracker CURRENTLY does the follow:
Select event date (I add this manually via sql)

Then
Name:
Attending Y/N
Team A/B

It then displays the list of yes/nos under the event date.

What I WANT

Is for me to be able to add a list of all people on the team to a "members" table

This whole table is then shown under each event date and people can just select a yes/no tick box next to their name and change this any time they want.

That is all - needs to be finished today.
