Telegram plugin for Perfex CMS

I need a telegram plugin for PERFEX that will send to a bot any email set from Perfex system.

Plugin need to be almost the same it already exist for WordPress.

Basically, once activated, you need to connect the newly created bot to the plugin, using Token and bot Username.
Once connected, every single mail sent from web site, is sent to Telegram bot too, so you have instantaneous notification.

Note: WordPress plugin also allow you to post to Telegram every new post, but of course I don't need that features for my Perfex plugin..
I only need "Private Notification" features (using the WP plugin terminology), that is - like already wrote above - every single mail sent by Perfex need to be sent to Telegram bot too.

Please note: I need that HTML is not "streapped off" from message, so if there's any links in the message, I need that link in my telegram notification too.

Note: this is exactly what it does the WP plugin, so nothing new.
