Telegram Alert Bot

I need a telegram bot to alert me of when tickets become available on a re-sale site. I would then like the bot (depending on the ticket) to place this into my basket where it will be held for a few minutes.

Currently, I am using a telegram group but there seems to be a delay in alerts as within 5-10 seconds the ticket is gone. Unfortunately, this alert is not one setup by me so I can't modify it.
