Experience Level: Entry
We are looking for somebody to be able to offer support to our customers for products that we have sold.
We sell computer peripherals, mainly scanners.
Training on our products will be given, along with samples and literature.
Our customers will contact you via email, knowledge base, livehelp or phone (you will need or we can provide a SIP phone).
After each query you will need to update a spreadsheet detailing what the problem was, time taken to solve and what the solution was. You will also be required to keep the knowledge base up-to-date, adding any problems/solutions that are not currently in it.
We expect there to be between 15 and 60 minutes worth of actual work per day (Monday to Friday). Obviously you would have to be available 9-5 to answer the phone so ideally you would be providing a similar service to other people as well.
If everything goes well and we feel you are the right person for the job, we would like you to also take over managing our returns, probably another 15 to 60 minutes a day...more on this task later!
Your command of both written and spoken English is very important. You will preferably live around Bath - that way we could meet occasionally.
We use Google Docs, Skype, VOIP and email so an understanding of these is beneficial.
