1. Amend email notification so that admin is only emailed when a customer downloads a file as opposed to when anyone downloads a file
2. Change the date function when adding a project: currently input weeks and needs to be an exact date selection
3. Turn off account set up notification: when admin creates a new user it emails the user... this needs to be removed
