System to pull data from third party spreadsheets

Hi All,

I am looking for someone to develop me a system which will currently work with our current website.

We run a mobile phone website for businesses and we try and help them save money on their current bills. I want to be able to offer a service where the customer inputs their username and password which is sent securely to a back end system, the system will then log into the networks billing website with their permission and it will run a report to find out exactly what their monthly usage is.

The reports will need to show the following:

- usage on mobile calls
- texts sent per month
- data used
- the ability to split some of the calls from mobiles to landlines

the majority of networks work with different reports and also work in CSV spreadsheets. I know of one other company who is doing this already so I know it can be done.

I am open to listen to ideas about this so if you have any further thoughts on this or questions please let me know and I will come back with the answers to as many as possible! The current website is built in PHP, MySQL, Javascript and JQuery.

If you can send me details on what you have built before for other companies and also how you would go about achieving this system.
