SVG Animation

I need an SVG animation producing for a website. The animation will be similar to the blue irregular shape shown on this website: https://tympanus.net/codrops/2018/01/24/gradient-topography-animation/ I’ve also attached a sample.

The animated SVG will eventually be coloured green like the attached and overlaid on an image.
