Submit form on email using php mail()

I need to check the sendemail.php and fix all the errors. The code is not working, neither return any error. When we submit the form it just stuck showing the path of senemail.php in adressbar.
Its a very quick turnout for experts. I will provide you source code of form page (HTML) and source code of senemail.php. I will provide you acess of FTP too. I have attached screenshot of sendemail.php and HTML form code for pre analyze the details.
