Stripe API Integration for PHP Subscriptions

I need a developer who specialises in Stripe API implementations for PHP (LAMP stack). I have a Stripe account and a PHP web application that signs users up through php /mysql user registration system. I need the sign up process to create a subscription with Stripe for the UK, debit and credit cards. The user registration system works, I need payments integrating so the user can not use the system without subscribing through Stripe. If a user cancels then this needs to stop access to the use in the PHP/MySQL database. If a payment fails then this needs to stop access to the use in the PHP/MySQL database.
