Statistical Analysis using R program

Hi,
I need following analysis for attached data. The analysis plan states

1- Damage difference between GGG and TT for whole plant (7, 14, 21, 28)
a. ANNOVA table
b. Post hoc pair wise differences between genotypes at 7,14 , 21, 28 days
c. Post hoc pair wise differences between days 7,14 , 21, 28 when genotypes are combined.

2- Damage difference between GGG and TT for individual leaves (1 … 10) (7, 14, 21, 28)
a. Post hoc pair wise differences between genotypes for leaf numbers
b. Post hoc pair wise differences Overall

I have data and scripts attached that can be modified to purpose.
