Static data database based on JSON

General information for the business: Static data database
Description of requirements/functionality: Creation of a static database (in freelancer's server) to function static data export and static data API. This data is based on JSON standards.
You will be given:
- Description of the structure, content and command sets
- json files' sample data. Every table can be reached by unique endpoint
- the relational table structure
- endpoint descriptions
- api query and functions examples

Deliverables are :
Phase 1 - sql file with db tables ~ 20 tables (you have to describe the "type" and "function" for the columns provided) You will provide the sql file that will be tested in our server, by uploading the json files data. When successful imported, then we move to Phase 2 where you will get documentation about "api query and functions examples"
Phase 2 - api query and functions ( ~ 25 examples)

The solution will be prepared in freelancer's server and will be forwarder for test and acceptance. No direct access.
Payment will be released after successful implementation of the solution in our server.
