General information for the business: SQL database
Kind of development: Customization of existing program
Description of every module: I have a small SQL database that is running on my PC using SQL 2008 R2.
I would like to put this on the cloud and have my PC access the data on the cloud.
I would also like to have 2 new interfaces created that will link information in and out of the database. These are both very similar which could be done in Excel ideally. Pulling out the whole table and putting it all back in SQL.
Person must be very familiar with SQL and Cloud.

Which Cloud service provider were you planning on using? If you haven't already decided it may be worth looking at the cost of running the database in the cloud and what security is applied automatically when you create the database. Microsoft Azure for instance, typically has a firewall in place that prevents external access - so you need to manually add your IP.
