Spreadsheet and Graphs (native) on Apple Numbers

Hi, I need a spreadsheet done on Apple Numbers and already have a basic layout. It’s a simple rota that needs to be programmed to task. This will need to be done natively on apple numbers on a Mac.

Its a four week rota with a fifth page for a graph that interacts with the input from the four other pages (weeks). It needs to automatically update the dates by only putting in the week ending date. Computations of times, hours and shifts. It should also show a graph plotting weekly, monthly and yearly hours and costs both collectively and per individual.

There are other things that will most probably be obvious in terms of functionality when I send you the file and I would appreciate any input as to how it could be better.

Another thing I require are step by step instructions as to how to update and edit the spreadsheet, add/subtract names from the list and other pertinent operations.
