Speed Up my Wordpress Blog Load time to under 200ms

We have launched our new blog, see here:

Our next aim is to improve the site speed on our Desktop & Mobile site. The load time currently stands at 1.6 to 2 seconds.

We need this to be BELOW 200ms, as our traffic will be increasing significantly over the next few weeks.

What you need to be capable of doing:

1) Enable Compression: Can you use a compression tool such as Gzip or deflate? We need to compress our resources to reduce the number of bytes sent over the network.

2) Leverage Browser Caching
Increase the expiry date of all our static content to 1 year (Max-Age Headers)

3)Minify Javascript
To reduce the size of this coding

4) Remove Render Blocking Javascript

5) Optimise our CSS delivery
