Some small changes to a VBA letter template

I need to urgently get some changes to made to a word template that has already been customised. Please see attachment.

· After the Encl. and CC. titles there should be a tab before the content – to ensure the information added is left aligned neatly. It seems multiple spaces have been used instead of a tab, therefore the content is not aligning correctly. Please can the ‘gap’ after the Encl. and CC. title be a tab, as opposed to spaces?

· In the front-end pop-up, if the drop-down menu is used to select ‘Sir/Madam…’ is there a way of duplicating the selection into the ‘Dear’ field below or greying out the ‘Dear’ field so the user does not use both? See the original template (attached) which works in this way. I don’t think they mind if the selection is populated below or if the Dear box is greyed out – so long as they can’t use both.

I need to get this turned around very quickly and happy to pay for quick assistance. Please let me know if any questions.
