Some PHP MySQL Queries Added To Site

I have some html forms and tables, and some MySql queries.

I need the following:
1. some php queries adjusted to work with a search form.
2. The ability to download the results to an excel sheet (I have the code needed from searching online but I just need to implement it).
3. A radius search using a postcode database (again, I have the code here, I just need someone to go in and add it).
4. A login system added to the entire site.

The main thing I need though is the queries.

I would ideally like to pick someone today and for them to get this done by tomorrow morning. I appreciate that the budget is pretty low. The things I'd like done are listed in priority order, with the first two being 100% necessary, but the other two would be nice if you can get these done too.

More details are available in private messages. The website isn't going to be public and will only be used by me to run some queries in my database, so it doesn't have to be beautiful, I just need it to work.
