Some javascript additions and fixes.

- Fix scrollable div sidebars and navigation functionality.
- Add scrolling to sidebar navigation.

If you click on ABOUT US or PORTFOLIO, or back and forth on those a few times, the scrollable div doesn't redraw the scrollbars properly. Clicking on ABOUT US a few times will show and hide the scroll bars, which is not desired.

The content for each page is going to be long and I would like links to sections of that content.
If the side navigation could have a vertical bar besides it by default, and then as the user scrolls through the content, the vertical bar moves with the navigation to match the current area of the content.
If the navigation is clicked, then the content will automatically scroll to that area of the scrollable div.
Basically I’m looking for the exact way the sidebar works on this page:
http://getbootstrap.com/components/
However, if there is a sub navigation item, the vertical bar should be indented like it currently is.
