Solidity code edit mint function

I need to edit a solidity code and add a mint function to it. I have the whole code ready even with the mint function, but if I try to mint some tokens it doesn't add it only to the owner but it spreads throughout every holder.
It spreads throughout the holders based on how much they have. If the owner account has 0 of the tokens then even if he is the owner he doesn't get anything from the minting, only the holders get it.
It is propably something in the fee function where it is spreading the fee throughout every holder. The same mint function works in another more simple contract, but in the more complex where there is also liquidity fee etc. it does this bug.
