Software to input a date sheet easily

I currently have a website that i have built myself using one.com' website designer and is hosted with them too. I want to include a list of dates for a group that are performing shows and want it to look good but also easy to input the data via copy and paste from excel. Location / Date / Website details etc, the website designer is very limited and it will take quite a while to input all the data. It does allow to import HTML / Javascript. I'm looking for some kind of software to help do this, not sure exactly what or how?
