Software for creating quotes using data from Sage 50 and images from our image bank.

We supply cleaning materials and require some simple software to create quotes. We currently use Excel which pulls the data through from our Sage 50 accounts system. However, we would also like to pull through product images from our image bank. All the image names are the product code for that product, so by inputting the product code in the software, we would like the description and pricing to be imported from Sage, and the image from our image bank. Ideally, we would also like the image to be hyper-linked to the product on our website.
Could all this be achieved using Microsoft Access?? All recommendations appreciated.
The quote needs to look professional and easy to use as a printed quote or as a PDF.
