Software file - Modification (Dialux)

I need the light fittings changed in a file of this type. The attached is just an example for test purposes. The real file is much larger and it is a long process to open the file with "Dialux" find the fittings I need to change and then swap them over.

What I am looking for is a method of opening the file and just doing a simple find & replace based on a text string. There are light fitting types loaded into this file just swap one for the other.
