Software developer required to give advice on new product idea

Hello, I have an idea for a software application for the motor trade and I need a developer to answer a few questions on how my idea can be done, only UK based developers will be considered, the time required for this is within 10 minutes, I simply have 3 questions that I need answers to in regards to developing the software required for my idea.

Must be happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement and provide I.D details to backup the NDA
