Snapchat private API

I am looking for somebody to develop a private API for Snapchat in PHP logged in via username and password.

Some features it should do is:
- Login into snapchat via username & password
- Able to add friend / remove friends
- View a story
- Upload a story / delete a story
- Add back who added us
- Message the friends

I have been looking for quite a while and didn’t find any suitable one for this.

The OS should be: ANDROID
The APP version should be: {}
- APK of that version will be provided.

Also, there should not be usage of 3rd Party like Casper (which is closed now).
