Single HTML page, with a horizontal scrolling Javascript playlist

Build a single HTML page, like the attached wireframe.

I have a PSD I can send you, which has the logo, and correct text in place. It's as simple as the wireframe.

Plus, the interesting bit - a video player with horizontal scrolling playlist.

Oh... deadline = early Tues 11th!
Description of requirements/features: Playlist should work like this:

* The playlist shows a number of thumbnails across the page, extending off the right-hand edge of the page. Below each thumbnail is a client name and job title, relating to that video.

* The user can click arrows at the far left/right of the page to scroll the playlist. There might be around 20 items in total.

* On clicking a thumbnail, the appropriate video should load into the space above, and begin playing. Below this, the client name/job title is shown. The text below the selected thumbnail turns black.


I would need to be able to change the list of videos by editing a simple Javascript array... or something similar. i.e. it doesn't need a CMS, but does need to be editable by someone with basic HTML/Javascript/PHP knowledge.

For each item, I will supply
* Thumbnail jpg 290x160px
* Vimeo ID / embed code
* Client name = short text string
* Job title = short text string

The widget should be able to accommodate around 20-30 thumbnails, but be flexible enough that I can add/remove items in future.
