Simple Web Site topick up controlled data from an application database.

The project we need some help with is as follows:-

1. House / property letting agent using CFP Winmann application to hold Landlord and Tennant data and information on each letting and property agreement. A Landlord may have several properties that is being managed for letting purposes by the House / Property letting agent. A Tenant is more than likely to have only one letting (property rental) agreement albeit more than one is possible. The CFP Winmann application keeps all the data required for Landlords (registration, Gas Certificates, Electrical testing etc.) and local authority registration plus property details (number of rooms, condition, rental amount etc.). This application will remind the House / property letting agent when renewal dates are coming up for renewing leases with tenants and / or any of the compliance certification.
2. Our client (The House Property letting agent) wishes to extract data from the CFP Winmann application to enable on line access by Landlords and tenants to view and maintain their own specific leasing / rental agreements and / or properties that are being let.

Extracts form the proposal document with our customer are as follows:-

Based on our initial discussions we are proposing to build a website that will meet the following requirements:
● Allow amend specified data such as personal details but not documents.
● Allow Landlords to access and download all relevant documents pertaining to a property that is being let.
● Allow tenants to access and download all relevant documents to their tenancy agreement.

The outline framework for displaying the above options to Landlord and Tenants is shown in Appendix A of this document.
The data for all downloaded documents will be uploaded and maintained on the FLS CFP WinMan application.
