Description of requirements/functionality: Process is as follows:
1. System must allow me to uplaod a CSV of email addresses.
2. System then uses API from https://thrust.io/mail/api to verify emails and provide results.
3. Results are then sent back to the CSV file, which can be downloaded.
Note, interface can be very ugly - no need for pretty interface.
Work is urgent, should only take a few hours
