Simple screen scraper

Description: I need a simple screen scraper to display a list of available annual accounts publicly available on the site nbb.be.

You will need to follow a specificv browsing pattern to get to the list as on the first page a cookie is generated which needs to be provided in the next requests

Choosing english will open: http://bcc.nbb.be/BCCIA0101/WEB/actions/Frames?LangIndex=E

I then want to be able to post a company ID and get the list of available annual accounts returned. E.g. 0437531762

I need a php function where a can pass the company ID to and which returns the page containing the table of available annual accounts in raw html.

I only need the script to fetch a few lists a day which is allowed by the disclaimer on the website.
