Simple Google like Autocomplete

I require a simple web page that implements some jQuery auto complete functionality.

The font end can be a simple IIS hosted webpage that uses jQuery calls to a SQL backend to get a matching word list.

The words for the autocomplete to be held in a single table in the SQL backend is (appear, applet, appal, apples, appeal, append, appose)

I need all code used to achieve this and a brief description of how you configured the webserver etc.
