***Simple CRM System Required ***

We require a simple yet effective CRM system that can be accessed remotely by multiple users (approx 100) will consider web based or software based system.

The main functions of the CRM system we require include: -

account search function (by account number, postcode, business name etc)
ability to add notes / reminders to accounts
assign enquires to other users
ability to add new customers
ability create account numbers for every customer
generate invoices / receipts
compatible with current email system (google apps)
administrator control
easy to add additional functions when required
