Simple Advert Module with Pop-Ups (JQuery)

Description of requirements/features: I have an urgent job that I need completing today. It's not a big job, but it is urgent.

I need a grid of 45 squares and when you click on each one it shows a different pop up (see attached). All data and images will be supplied. This needs to live inside a Wordpress website but doesn't have to be a Wordpress plug-in so JQuery is fine. The most important thing is that is works on all devices (responsive).

There will be a completion bonus of £25 when completed on time.
